A selection of new acquisitions from the Filmform distribution catalogue will be presented by director Anna-Karin Larsson at the 72nd International Short Film Festival Oberhausen.
The programme is a part of Oberhausen’s Distributors’ Collection Screening, where selected international distributors present both new acquisitions and older titles from their catalogues.
Filmform’s programme Body and Architecture consists of digitally restored archival films as well as new films by contemporary artists – works that explore the body in relationship to architecture and dictatorship. It captures architecture as visionary societal hardware, built and demolished, and bodies as membranes for statehood, repression, war, and peace.
The 72nd International Short Film Festival Oberhausen in Oberhausen, Germany, takes place from April 28th – May 3rd.
