In Le Rond Universel, Lisa Jeannin and Rolf Schuurmans show us how the veiled and the lucid can exist within each other. The scientific wish to understand and structure the world becomes intertwined with the mystical as modern science sometimes seems to propel towards the occult.

Lisa Jeannin studied at the Art Academy of s’Hertogen Bosch, Holland and the Art Academy of Malmö, Sweden. She works with video, animation, sounds and music, sculptures and drawings and installations, often in collaboration with Rolf Schuurmans.
Born 1972 in Oss, Holland. Lives and works in Hakebo, Sweden. Rolf Schuurmans works with film, animation, sculpture, installation and sound, often in collaboration with Lisa Jeannin. Educated at the Art Academy of Tilburg, Holland.
