Flirr is a lyrical study of a young girl’s spring feelings. Delving made the film while at Konstfack, and the choice of using black and white film was inspired by her interest in Chinese ink drawings and paintings. The blurry effect was made by smearing the camera lens with a thin layer of paraffin wax.
