It is a common phenomenon to use balloons at festive occasions, to emphasize the extraordinary of the situation. How long can this be done before the effect is lost?

10 a.m. every morning the proprietor of a mattress store in Berlin places two mattresses covered in balloons, as part of a marketing event to promote the store. The procedure is the same every day, but the surroundings: the weather and her clothes change.
