The videowork Hidden traces the mind movements and sleep. It examines the talk about interpretations of dreams. One of the starting points is from Sigmund Freuds ‘Studies on Hysteria’ and the ways of naming the illness in psychoanalysis, which relays on the classifacation system. The definition from the outside doesn’t necesserily meet the experience of the individual ond the personal purposes of dreams. In the work ‘Hidden’ the analyst’s questions and interpretations doesn’t reveal the meaning of the dream or the real event, which the person is keeping hidden.
