In 1995 I contacted all the men I had ever been in love with, at the age of 29. I visited those I had permission to visit and made interviews, took photographs and wrote about them. “A Love inventory”, as a whole, consists of 17 posters with text and photographs of each man, placed on the walls in a rather small room. A 40 min video-interview with nine of the men is shown on a monitor, which should be 21 inches at least and two comfortable chairs are placed for visitors. A love inventory has also been exhibited in a limited version with only the video, two chairs, two small books and the 17 posters by the chairs. The work was exhibited in this way by Filmform at Artnode in Stockholm.
