How to order

Placing an order

Request your order by sending an e-mail to info@filmform.com

Please be sure to specify:
– Product name and quantity
– Your mailing address information
– Desired payment method: Swish, Bankgiro, or IBAN (for international payments)

Filmform will send an order confirmation email within 5 business days. Please note that shipping is calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of the order and will be added to the total. All prices, including VAT, are calculated in SEK.

Confirming the order requires your advanced payment via your desired payment method. If no payment or contact with Filmform has been made up until 5 days after the order confirmation was sent, your order will be cancelled. If you would like to change or cancel your order yourself, contact Filmform immediately.

Delivery

Domestic delivery usually takes approximately 3-5 business days. International delivery usually takes at least 10 business days, depending on third party delivery terms. If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you), please contact us at info@filmform.com.

Filmform uses Postnord for deliveries within Sweden and reserve the right for longer delivery times that are out of our control.

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, notify us in writing to info@filmform.com, clearly stating your name, address, email address, order number, and return item(s), and return your items immediately in their original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping fees, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount in case of product damage or use.

Terms and conditions for sales to private individuals

1. About Filmform

2. Order
To order items, email info@filmform.com, writing the desired items and quantity and contact information. Once you have sent your order request, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The order confirmation will contain the product information, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, immediately contact us at info@filmform.com.

3. Prices
All prices include VAT and are listed in SEK. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to third parties, such as (what would cause the price to need to be adjusted?). Payments can be made using Swish, Bankgiro, or IBAN (for international payments)

4. Delivery
Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days. If there are any delays (without us having notified you), please contact us at info@filmform.com. We use Postnord for deliveries within Sweden.

5. Return policy
Customers have 14 days after receiving their order to return their item(s) and request a refund.

5.1 Return process
You must notify us of your return in writing to info@filmform.com, clearly stating your name, address, e-mail address, order number, and name of the item which is being returned. Items should be returned immediately (within 14 days) after the return notice has been sent to Filmform. You are responsible for return shipping fees, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Items should be in the condition they were received and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount in case of product damage or use.

5.2 Exceptions
Returns and refunds cannot be made for the following kinds of items:
– Unsealed items which were originally sealed for health or hygiene reasons
– Unsealed items such as sound or image recordings that were originally sealed
– Custom-made products

6. Complaints and defective items
We inspect all items before they are sent to you. If the item is damaged when it arrives, we will attempt to remedy the defect in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. You must contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 Complaint process
Any errors and/or defects should always be reported to info@filmform.com, clearly stating your name, address, email address, order number, and description of the error/defect. We are responsible for the cost of return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to refuse complaints the item is not actually damaged in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For making complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board of Complaints. See arn.se for more information.

7. Limitation of liability
We do not accept any liability for indirect damages that may arise to the item. We do not accept any liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers, for example.

8. Product information
We reserve the right to have printing errors on this website and to finalise the sale of items. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products. This includes colour discrepancies due to monitor differences, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to depict the items as accurately as possible.

9. Cookies
According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website must be informed, for privacy purposes, that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file that websites request to be saved on your computer to provide access to various functions.

10. Personal data
By shopping at Filmform, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your personal integrity and do not collect more data than is necessary to process your order. We never sell your data to third parties without a legal reason. Filmform is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide. Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order and adapt marketing to your individual needs (in cases where you have requested newsletters or campaign offers).

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the website. The changed Terms and Conditions will be deemed accepted upon placing an order or visiting the website.

12. Disputes and choice of law
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company’s customer service and the customer, you can contact the Swedish General Complaints Board (see arn.se for details). For residents of an EU country other than Sweden, you can file a complaint via the EU Commission’s Platform for Dispute Resolution (see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for more details). In the event of a dispute, we will follow the decision of ARN or a corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
