Alien at Home is a visualisation of alienation and paranoia in form that could be a trailer for a sci-fi or cyberpunk movie where the artist plays monster, hero and victim at the same time. The setting is the artist’s small apartment, which has been transformed into an eerie place, lit in an obscure, blue-filtered light. During the sole minute that the movie lasts the flow of images is accelerating to a pounding and pulsating soundtrack until the film eventually reaches its cathartic finale when the ‘monster’ is killed with the help of a wooden gun.
